End of Summer

we are so sad summer is leaving. We went camping a couple of weeks ago, just the two of us, at Leo Carillo State park. It is a really pretty camp site just north of Malibu. There are tons of trees and hills all around. There was also a really fun right point and we surfed there everyday. We left the kids home with my parents to watch also. (Thank You Mom!) We had so much fun. It was the first time in 4 years of going on a trip with just the two of us. It was much needed. I will post pictures later, my computer is so full I need to back up old photos before I can put new ones on.

We also moved down to SC last weekend and have been so busy moving and organizing this week. We are remodeling. It is such a pain because we have our stuff all over the place in boxes. We did not move to a new house, we moved to a temporary place (my parents) while the house is being finished. We are grateful that we did not have to rent an apartment during construction though and pay twice as much.

Ponytails

It is so sad, but our little guy's hair was in his eyes and bugging him, and me too, and it was so hot that day, (our house was about 85 degrees with the AC on) so I decided to put it in a pony tail. It made me laugh. Baby Sis' hair was in a pony that day too, so I took their picture together. His hair is incredibly thick. I just pray that baby's hair gets to be as thick as his. Little man has had at least a dozen haircuts. His hair would probably be down the middle of his back if we never cut it.

Water Babies

The kids love thier baths. They have so much fun splashing and playing with the bubbles.

Little sis was especially happy during this bath. She loved sticking out her tongue for the camera too!

Funny Sleep Positions

There is nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby. Sometimes I find my kids in the funniest positions too. Princess fell asleep sitting up. We have to put her in a basinet on the floor in our room for her naps sometimes because there are no doors on any of our rooms, and it is the quietest back there.

Poor little monkey does not have a door on his room, I guess he was just trying to block out the sound of his crying sister!
