Visiting HB

We were in HB for a few days. We had fun going to Bella Tera for story time on Tuesday. Then on Wednesday we went to story time again at the Main st. Library. We met up with a bunch of friends, cousin Ashley, and little ones Reef and Oz. After story time we all went to Lake park and hung out. It was such a beautiful day.

Prehistoric Pets

We went to Prehistoric Pets in Fountain Valley tonight for family home evening. Cj and Miss B loved seeing all the reptiles.

CJ liked looking at the snakes. He and JB watched a snake catch and eat a rat alive. I did NOT watch it was so disgusting!

Swallow's Day Parade

We went to the swallow's day parade in San Juan Capistrano. It is the largest non-motorized parade in the U.S. CJ loved seeing all the cowboys, horses, and marching bands.

Water Babies

Today we walked down to this little lagoon right by the river house. Pebbles crawled right into the freezing water and started playing. She loved it, I could not believe it. C-monster was also having a blast throwing rocks and splashing around. Later on we went back with our neighbor Kayley and had a picnic. It was such a gorgeous day. Later that afternoon JB took CJ for a ride on the wave runner. He had so much fun kept asking to go faster!

Just Chillin' at the river

We are having so much fun up here at the Colorado River. Yesterday was so warm that we wanted to jump in the water. It was so cold though. Probably about 60, much different than the 85 degree air.

Happy Easter

We had such a pleasant Easter up here at the river. The weather was perfect about 83 degrees. The kids had fun playing outside, throwing rocks in the water, and playing with their easter treats.

CJ wanted to go to bed with the ball. I can't believe he fell asleep with it in there.

We had banana and chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. JB wanted to go out on the dock to eat them because the weather was so great.

Las Vegas

We left for Vegas on Friday to see Brandon and Kellie get married in the Las Vegas temple. We had fun playing in the pool and walking around town. The sleeping situation was kinda hard though. Miss B had a fever from teething and did not sleep well; CJ was upset because Miss B was upset (we experienced some major screaming). Miss B ended up sleeping in the bathroom which was okay until 7:00 AM when CJ woke up and had to do the big job.

Kelly, Joey, and Brandon. Joey is a boy that Kelly adopted not too long ago. He requires a lot of work, but she was so selfless to adopt him. It is so wonderful because now he has a mommy and daddy that love him so much, and now they can be together forever. It was so sweet when he came into the room dressed in white to be sealed to them.

We went up to HB the other day and met up with some friends at the park. We miss everyone and can't wait to be back with them.

Happy St. Patti's Day

We went to the Irvine spectrum on St. Patrick's day. We had golden spoon and then we went on the merry-go-round. CJ and Miss B had so much fun. That night we went out to dinner at Ruby's on the HB pier. We celebrated Aunt Kelly's birthday. She was born on St. Patrick's Day. That is why she is named Kelly.

3 Boys Born in March

Happy Birthday Lang (5), Jett (3), and Rex (1)! This afternoon we went to a star wars party for my nephew's birthdays, We had so much fun with all of our family. CJ is so lucky to have so many fun little boy cousins. Now we just need to add a few more little girls in the mix.
