Little Buddies

I love to see my kids play together.  They are truly becoming best friends.  Last Sunday before church they were playing pirates.

Big Girl

Tonight I asked M if she wanted to go potty before her bath.  She said "Okay" and then I sat her down and she went!  She has done this a few times.  I think she is almost ready.  It would be nice if she was potty trained before the baby comes.

Disneyland

We took the family to Disneyland on Thursday because we wanted to do something really fun with the kids before baby #3 comes along. We had such a great time.  The kiddos were perfect angels all day- there were no tears or screams only happy smiles.  It was fun for JB because he was able to take his little buddy on some of the big boy rides like soaring over California and Big Thunder.  CJ was so brave on the fast rides.
Miss B felt like such a big girl on the carousal.

First Bike Ride to Beach

Last week CJ rode his bike to the beach for the first time. He has been riding his two-wheeler since July, but he has not had the chance to ride it in our neighborhood. It was so much fun to watch him. He was so excited. He did really well until the very end when he made a quick turn down the cement hill path and wiped out. He was lucky though, only a small scratch under his nose. Thank goodness for helmets!

36 weeks already!

Yesterday I had an ultrasound because I was measuring small and the doc wanted to make sure everything was okay. She is fine. She is measuring 5# 14 oz, and right on schedule. I can't believe how time is flying. It was really fun to see her. I love this little profile shot. It looks like she is going to have big lips. I can't wait to meet her.

Going Riding

CJ is such a big boy to me. He is so much fun too. I love being up here at the river with him because he is so much fun to play with. I know Daddy loved riding with him.

Last night before bed CJ and Daddy were practicing stunts. CJ was having such a great time, he was laughing so hard.

JB just gave me his old Canon rebel to use.  I am having so much fun taking photos of the kids and messing around with the editing tools on my iphoto. Here are some of my favorite shots.

By the end of the day M was so muddy and wet, but she was having a great time.

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a really fun filled Valentine's day at the Colorado River.  CJ loved all of his Valentines surprises.

Miss B was sleeping in forever, so CJ had a morning full of activities.  He loved riding his bike around.
He had a blast throwing big rocks into the river.
He liked splashing in the water.
Finally Miss B got up around noon.  She is my sleeping beauty, she will sleep up to 14 or 15 hours.  She got to bed a little late, maybe 9:00.  She was excited about her Valentines treats too.
She loved her new valentines box.  She kept saying "open" to me.

CJ even went swimming in the cold water.  It's a good thing he had a wetsuit.

Later in the day we went golfing.  CJ and I loved riding along in the golf carts and watching Daddy and Poppy.

River Trip

Today we drove up to the Colorado River.  We wanted to do one more family trip before the baby arrives.

For Family Night we made Valentines.  It was so cute to watch the kids.  They were having so much fun.

Every day life

It is fun to be back in our our place doing everyday things.  Here is a picture of the kids eating their yogurt, bananas, blueberries and granola.
