4th of July

Happy 4th of July! It was fun to be back in HB this year. We had a fun filled day with friends and family. In the Morning we went to the parade with our neighbors. The kids loved it. M loved the princesses and ponies and CJ liked the rock and roll bands.

Then we had the yummiest ribs and tri tip steak of our lives at our friends the Hicksons. It was the best BBQ we've ever been to. We ate like kings. CJ and M especially loved the gigantic pixie sticks they got at the BBQ. Little did they know JB dumped out 99% of them into the sink. That would be scary to see CJ on a sugar high like that! Later that night we had another BBQ with the Baltzers, JB's parents and the Moody family. We walked down and watched fireworks at the beach. We love the 4th of July. It is definitely one of our favorite holidays.

JB and I think CJ has a little crush on Savi, our neighbor.
Party of Five.  This was baby's first 4th of July.

M loved the ponies.
Baby was an angel all day.  She never cried.
One of the cool floats.
This year, 2009, Huntington Beach turned 100 years old.

Huge Pixie Sticks.  The kids were in heaven.
The fam.
Best buddies.  Baby girl's first fireworks show.
CJ was thoroughly entertained.
